We will ensure the preparation of the lease agreement and negotiate all terms between you and the tenant.

On handover of the property, we will arrange for your power of attorney for utility transfers with suppliers to be transferred on your behalf.
Handover of real estate
We are with you every step of the way. We provide a comprehensive service during the handover of the property and prepare the handover report. In the protocol we record the status of all measurements, the number of keys and other equipment of the property.
